How to Set an Appointment

In the top left corner of the website, click the BOOK NOW.  You can select a time between 10 AM to 7 PM Monday through Friday OR 10 AM to 3 PM on Saturday.

Verifying the Appointment = Very Important

As a matter practice, we always verify appointments about an hour prior to a meeting so let’s message each other about an hour prior to our meeting time to make sure our schedules are still good.  Everyone's time is valuable and this is common courtesy.  We look forward to meeting you.

Remote Showings

We are now doing Remote Showings which are easy to do, incredibly convenient and safe.  

1. We will set an appointment time, then verify the appointment 1 hour prior to the showing.

2.  When you arrive at the home at the appointment time, you will contact us by Facebook Messenger Video.   

3.  Then we will provide you the key code for entry to the home.

How to use Facebook Video

To use the video calling service on Facebook, click on the video icon at the top right corner of the screen. This lets you start a video call from within an existing Messenger conversation. Once you start the video call, the camera starts in selfie mode and you will be able to switch to the rear camera
